His expertise lies in biomechanics, strength-based movement, and holistic lifestyle practices, offering a personalized approach to help clients overcome pain, restore balance, and build lasting strength.

  • Justin needs to assess your body posture and how you move, so please wear attire that allows for full mobility.

    • Men: Please wear shorts (no shirt or shoes required).

    • Women: Please wear shorts and a sports bra (no shoes required).

    It’s also helpful to bring a water bottle and a change of clothes for comfort after the assessment. If you have any relevant medical records or injury information, feel free to bring those as well.

  • The timeline for correcting posture and seeing results depends on several factors, including your starting point, consistency, age, and how long you've been out of alignment. Clients can start feeling improvements in pain and movement within one session or a few weeks, but lasting changes take time and dedication. This process is not about a quick fix—it’s about making lasting changes and cultivating a healthier relationship with your body. Your commitment to following your personalized program plays a key role in success. If you're seeking a rapid solution or someone to "take your pain away," I am not the right fit. I work with clients who are ready to take responsibility for their health and commit to long-term improvements.

I work with you to restore proper movement patterns, correct postural imbalances, reduce pain, and optimize performance. Once these foundational issues are addressed, we progress toward more advanced training, always aligning with your specific goals, whether that's performance, injury prevention, or overall health.

  • Yes! Whether you’re a beginner, recovering from an injury, or an experienced athlete, the program is customized to meet you where you are. I’ll tailor the exercises to your fitness level, and we’ll progress at a pace that’s comfortable and effective for your body.

  • Diet and lifestyle are a primary focus in my coaching because they are key to supporting your overall health and optimizing the results of corrective exercise. We take a holistic approach, addressing the whole person—body, mind, and environment. To start, I recommend a cleanse to help reduce inflammation, improve hormonal balance, support recovery, and lighten your physiological load. If you choose not to do the cleanse, an alternative is to eliminate processed foods, pasteurized dairy, gluten, nuts, seeds, and grains—the "caveman diet." This diet emphasizes high-quality meats, bone broth for gut health, and fresh produce, all of which support your body's healing and performance. Alongside your exercise program, I offer lifestyle coaching to ensure all aspects of your health are aligned for optimal results.

  • Life happens! If you miss a session, just let me know as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we can reschedule or make adjustments to your program. Consistency is important for progress, so I encourage you to stick with your plan, but I understand that flexibility is sometimes needed.
